Why Cannabis? Why Now?
Following Minnesota’s historic legalization of adult-use cannabis in 2023, the Fond du Lac Band took a proactive approach by establishing a tribal cannabis enterprise. With its sovereign authority, the Band developed a regulatory framework that ensures health, safety, and economic empowerment for the community.
